Matteo Malucelli Claims Second Sprint Victory on Stage 3 of Le Tour de Langkawi

Matteo Malucelli of XDS-Astana secured his second sprint victory at Le Tour de Langkawi on stage 3 in Kuala Kangsar. The Italian rider once again crossed the line just ahead of Riley Pickrell from team Modern Adventure.

The stage outcome was determined by another close photo finish. However, the margin at the finish line was not quite as tight as the one recorded on stage 1.

Having won three stages of the race last year, the Italian cyclist has taken every available opportunity to work toward surpassing that total in 2026.
