On the final stage to Putrajaya, Matteo Malucelli of XDS Astana sprinted to his third stage victory in the 2026 edition of Le Tour de Langkawi. Meanwhile, Lennart Jasch of Tudor Pro Cycling capped off a successful first assignment as team leader by maintaining his hold on the leader's jersey from stage 2 all the way to the final finish line.

The 25-year-old German rider secured his first overall tour victory after a consistent performance throughout the eight-stage Malaysian race. Jasch sealed the general classification title with a 26-second advantage over second-placed Abel Balderstone of Caja Rural – Seguros RGA.

The Spanish squad also filled the remaining spot on the overall podium, with Jan Castellon finishing third at 42 seconds back. This year's route featured three summit finishes to intensify the climbing competition, where Jasch and his team also managed to retain top spot in the Bubbles KOM jersey classification.
