Jenny Rissveds and Luca Martin Secure 2026 Mountain Bike World Series Overall Titles

Jenny Rissveds of Canyon XC Racing and Luca Martin of Cannondale Factory Racing were awarded the 2026 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series (XCO) cross-country overall series titles. The competition concluded at the Lake Placid Olympic Sites in New York on Saturday.

Both riders entered the final round assured of overall victory, as long as they finished the race.

Both the women's and men's races came down to sprint battles following a dynamic final lap. Riders were greeted by dry and sunny conditions on Saturday.

This was in stark contrast to Friday, when riders contended with a wet and muddy course. In Friday's XCC events, Martina Berta of Origine Racing and Martin Vidaurre of Specialized Factory Racing claimed their respective victories.
