Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe Satisfied as Primož Roglič Set for Second Overall at Vuelta a España

Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe remained satisfied with Primož Roglič’s performance, which is expected to see him finish second overall at the Vuelta a España in Granada on Sunday evening. The result came despite the Slovenian rider being unable to mount a final challenge against Movistar's Enric Mas during stage 20.

Heading into the penultimate day of the race, Roglič needed to make up a 1:37 deficit to claim the red jersey. To set up his attempt, the German team executed a strategy by placing satellite riders up the road in various breakaways.

However, on the final climb to Collado del Alguacil, Roglič was forced into defense rather than attack. Despite being unable to launch an offensive, the team remained content with his standing heading into the final evening of the event.
