Plans Unveiled for Record-Breaking Combined UCI World Championships in Haute-Savoie

As the UCI Road World Championships in Montreal, Canada prepare to reach their crescendo with the elite women's and men's road races, organisers of the next World Championships have presented a hugely ambitious project. The upcoming event is set to be a combined championships bigger than any in history.

The Haute Savoie combined UCI World Championships will bring together almost all UCI disciplines, with the sole exceptions of cyclo-cross and snow bike. In total, 20 disciplines ranging from BMX to Trials will be included in the schedule.

For the first time, the Gravel World Championships will also be integrated into this combined championships format.

The massive sporting event is expected to gather roughly 15,000 athletes from 207 nations, all competing for a total of 288 titles.
