Filippo Ganna Develops 'More Extreme' Time Trial Position, but Won't Use It at World Championships

Filippo Ganna has revealed that he is working on a new, 'more extreme' time trial position. However, this new setup will not be featured at the World Championships tomorrow.

Ganna was previously the dominant force in time trialling. Over the course of his career, he has claimed two world titles as well as an Hour Record.

In recent years, Ganna has been usurped by Remco Evenepoel. Evenepoel has won the past three world titles, and Ganna has not beaten him against the clock since 2023.
