CEO Fran Millar steps down from premium cycling apparel brand Rapha

Fran Millar has announced her departure as Chief Executive Officer of premium cycling clothing manufacturer Rapha, after serving two years in the role. Her resignation marks further upheaval for the company.

Millar joined Rapha in August 2024 from Belstaff. During her tenure at Belstaff, she was credited with helping to turn around that company's financial performance.

Upon her arrival at Rapha, she was faced with poor financial results. The company had suffered seven consecutive years of reduced sales and turnover, alongside rising losses, which were driven in part by the post-pandemic slump in the cycling industry.
