Ritomo Miyata Secures Formula 2 Sprint Race Victory at Spanish Grand Prix

Japanese driver Ritomo Miyata of Hitech Grand Prix overcame a chaotic Sprint Race to secure victory at the Formula 2 Spanish Grand Prix. With this win, Miyata claimed the very first F2 victory at the newly built Madring circuit.

Rounding out the inaugural podium at the track were Emerson Fittipaldi of AIX Racing in second place with a 2.6-second gap, and Laurens Van Hoepen of TRIDENT in third place, finishing 3.2 seconds behind the leader.

The rest of the top ten finishers included Noel Leon in fourth, Martinius Stenshorne in fifth, Rafael Camara in sixth, Alex Dunne in seventh, Mari Boya in eighth, Gabriele Mini in ninth, and Dino Beganovic in tenth. Meanwhile, Sebastian Montoya finished 17th at +3 Lap, while Nikola Tsolov, John Bennett, Kush Maini, and Nico Varrone recorded DNF finishes.
