New Primark store opens in Portugal

The new Primark store, located on the 1st floor of Alegro Setúbal, has officially opened its doors in Portugal. The store welcomed its first customers at 10 am, in an inauguration that Nelso Ribeiro, Head of Sales for Primark Portugal and Spain, considers an important achievement for both the brand and the region.

Spanning 1,600 square metres, the store is divided into dedicated sections for women's, men's, and children's fashion, alongside accessories, footwear, and household goods. Within the women's fashion department, the ongoing collaboration with Spanish actress and influencer Paula Echevarría stands out as a highlight and has already proven to be highly successful, even among shoppers unfamiliar with the celebrity.

The opening of the new store at Alegro Setúbal has also demonstrated a significant economic and social impact in the area. The new retail outlet has successfully created 50 jobs, drawing a substantial wave of interest with 1,500 applications received.
