Jake Sheridan Wins Castrol Great Canadian 300 to Secure 2026 APC Championship

Jake Sheridan won the Castrol Great Canadian 300 at Delaware Speedway on Saturday night, capping off his 2026 APC United Late Model Series championship. Sheridan took the lead on a restart with 106 laps remaining and held off Connor Pritiko over the final 100 laps to claim his fifth series victory of the season and complete a sweep of the NTN Triple Crown.

Connor Pritiko finished second. Having won the Dayco Super Stock 75 earlier in the evening, Pritiko missed out on a $10,000 bonus awarded for winning both races. Two-time series champion Kyle Steckly finished third, marking the first season of his career without an APC race victory despite finishing the year with three consecutive third-place results.

Dale Shaw took fourth place, with Carson Nagy rounding out the top five. Brandon Watson, a two-time series champion who entered the event in title contention against Sheridan, was involved in a multi-car incident on lap 118, ending his race and his championship bid.
