Fred Vasseur Rejects Rumours of Christian Horner Replacing Him at Ferrari

Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur has expressed frustration over persistent media speculation suggesting Christian Horner could replace him at the Formula 1 team. Speaking to the media after the race in Baku, Vasseur noted that constantly addressing these rumours has affected the team's working environment as they battle for second place in the Constructors' championship.

The speculation intensified after Horner, who left Red Bull over a year ago, publicly revealed that Ferrari is the only team he would join without demanding an ownership stake. Horner described Ferrari as the biggest brand in F1, a dream, and a "sleeping giant" as he actively seeks a way back into the paddock.

In response, Vasseur acknowledged that Horner is looking for a job everywhere, but stressed that his sole focus remains on pushing Ferrari back to the top of F1. Despite ongoing technical challenges and missing out on the Constructors' title to McLaren last season, Vasseur remains adamant about giving his best effort for the remaining seven races of the season.
