F4 Uranium Reports Airborne Survey Results at Wales Lake; President and COO Resigns

F4 Uranium Corp. has announced results from its recently completed airborne Mobile MagnetoTellurics (Mobile MT) survey over the western portion of its 100%-owned Wales Lake Project, near the southwestern Athabasca Basin. The approximately 700-line-kilometre survey was completed by Expert Geophysics and highlights resistivity-low trends across the Wales Lake West survey area.

The survey identified two distinct north-northwest to south-southeast resistivity-low trends that were not clearly defined by an earlier VTEM survey in summer 2025. A resistivity-low feature in the northeastern portion of the survey area may represent a continuation of one of the trends identified at Todd Lake. Vice President Exploration Erik Sehn said the Wales Lake survey shows a more complex pattern than the one at Todd Lake, with principal trends arcing toward a north-northwest to south-southeast orientation, similar to the orientation along F3 Uranium's A1 conductor, which hosts the JR Zone 37 km to the northeast.

The survey was designed to determine whether resistivity-low trends on the adjacent Todd Lake Project, including possible extensions of the Patterson Lake Corridor, continue southward onto Wales Lake. A previous Mobile MT survey at Todd Lake had identified previously unrecognized resistivity-low trends within the Clearwater Domain along the interpreted strike of the Patterson Lake Corridor. While the Wales Lake trends are generally less continuous and display different orientations than those at Todd Lake, they warrant further evaluation and will be integrated with existing geological and historical data.

Wales Lake remains significantly underexplored, with only four drillholes completed to date, leaving large portions of the approximately 40,000-hectare project untested by drilling.

The company also announced the resignation of Sam Hartmann as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Hartmann is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Raymond Ashley, currently Chief Executive Officer and a Director, will assume the role of President. The company may appoint a replacement COO in due course.
